Aerogen Pharma is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead and execute clinical programs in a fast‑paced, global environment. This role oversees vendor management, strategic planning, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure trials complete on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years in clinical operations, including director‑level experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or related field.
• At least 10 years of clinical operations experience, including 3+ years in a Director role.
• Experience leading domestic and international early- and late-phase trials, via direct management or CRO/vendor oversight.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage clinical operational functions and allocate internal resources and outsourcing to meet goals.
• Develop and review critical study documents (protocols, ICFs, manuals, brochures, reports).
• Oversee outsourcing needs, vendor selection, performance, and relationships.
• Lead strategic plans to improve trial efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
• Ensure trials comply with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support trials and manage clinical operations staff.
