Aerogen Pharma, a US-based clinical-stage specialty pharmaceutical company, is hiring a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee start-up, site management, monitoring, and vendor oversight while ensuring protocol compliance and regulatory standards.

The role requires 6+ years in clinical operations, knowledge of CFR/GCP/ICH, and strong leadership. Some travel (~20%) is expected as part of coordinating global sites and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a clinical operations role in biotech, pharmaceutical, academic and/or CRO environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of CFRs, GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage components of a clinical trial and vendor oversight.
• Ensure trial activities meet CFR, GCP/ICH standards and SOPs.
• Identify and mitigate risks with Clinical Operations and QA.
• Coordinate site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out activities.
• Develop and deliver training for investigators, staff, vendors and internal teams.
