A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to oversee the Clinical Contact Center team. This role requires 7+ years of healthcare experience, including management in clinical operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with service targets and regulatory requirements, while improving efficiency and quality of care. REQUIRED EDUCATION :
Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) Program or Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a healthcare environment with directly transferable skills highly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience performing supervisory/management work including Clinical Operations.
• Experience with Contact Center operations.
• Experience managing professional staff in a clinical Contact Center.
• Experience managing process improvement activities.
REQUIRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, ASSOCIATION :
Active, unrestricted State Registered Nursing (RN) license in good standing
