Participates in the development and implementation of the practice’s mission, vision and values.Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Directly and/or indirectly oversee clinical operations; technical and professional staff.Interact regularly with executive team to ensure clinical operational priorities are aligned with company’s direction.Ensure that all work is carried out in strict adherence with company policies, standard operation procedures (SOP), and in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.Initiates collaborative relationships between external, internal constituents and inter-office/inter-departmental staff.Evaluates practice productivity and provides recommendations for improvement.Drive implementation of new company initiatives in terms of process improvement.Ensure that safety, welfare, and morale of staff members are not compromised and are adequately trained to meet and exceed the quality of performance.Respond to all operation complaints and provides corrective action for substantiated complaints.Performs supervisory duties including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, intervention and discharge of clinical staff.Oversee that clinical staff maintains the highest levels of customer/patient services externally and internally at all times.Serve as a back up to the Executive Director as appropriate.Perform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in healthcare administration or related field required. Equivalent combination of education/experience will also be considered.Experience: Minimum five (5) year experience in operations management preferred. Experience in healthcare industry highly preferred.
