Job summary

Community Regional is seeking a Director of Laboratory to lead lab services at one of California's largest Level 1 Trauma Centers. You will provide strategic, operational and financial leadership for Clinical Laboratory services, partnering with pathologists and hospital leaders to ensure high-quality, cost-effective testing and accreditation.

• Progressively responsible managerial experience in healthcare is required.

• Oversee laboratory operations, quality improvement programs, proficiency testing, regulatory compliance and accreditation.
• Manage budget, capital planning, reporting systems and resources, while leading and developing lab leaders and staff in a culture of accountability.
