Seeking a strategic leader to drive IT system transformation and continuous improvement. Responsible for enhancing efficiency, scalability, and system performance across the technology ecosystem while reducing costs. This remote role requires collaboration with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of clinical applications.

Candidate must be located in the PST or MST time zone (Candidates in Pacific Northwest highly preferred)

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and mentor an IT team focused on system optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Identify inefficiencies, drive automation, and improve workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business goals.
  • Oversee optimization projects, system upgrades, and vendor management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide technical expertise in imaging IT systems and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Candidate must reside in the PST or MST time zone to be considered (Candidates in Pacific Northwest highly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge in Radiology highly preferred.
  • Experience with PACS, PowerScribe, Clario, InteleRad and/or other clinical applications preferred.
  • Proven experience successfully managing and leading a team.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, Six Sigma, PMP, or Lean Management preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing IT optimization and performance tuning initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $115K-$135K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
