Responsibilities

• Lead clinical documentation integrity and clinical intelligence strategy across providers.
• Oversee coding operations, pre-visit planning, and documentation improvement under one function.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and leadership to align documentation with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement education for providers on documentation completeness and accuracy.
• Drive pre-visit planning, suspect-condition identification, and population health initiatives.
