We walk beside our clients to help them achieve their digital transformation and infrastructure goals by also providing Professional Services such as migrations, custom app development, fast track deployments, and white glove services.
This is an exciting time to be part of Promevo as we are growing rapidly. The Director of Client Success will lead our client-facing teams and drive revenue growth. In this pivotal role, you will own the entire client lifecycle, from pipeline creation through deal close, for our full portfolio of cloud, cloud services, gPanel, Google Workspace, and professional services offerings. You will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships, ensuring operational excellence within a large client success organization, and expanding our market presence through strategic partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities- Directly own and be accountable for pipeline creation, progression, and ultimate closure of deals across all Promevo offerings.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify new opportunities within existing client accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
- Achieve and exceed aggressive revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Client Relationship Management & Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive client relationship strategy to ensure deep and intimate engagement with strategic clients.
- Oversee and actively participate in routine business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) with key clients, demonstrating value, identifying needs, and expanding Promevo's footprint.
- Champion a client-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Organizational Leadership & Operational Rigor:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of client success professionals, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Implement and maintain rigorous processes for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within the client success organization.
- Ensure consistent application of best practices for client engagement, deal progression, and sales methodology.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all client success functions.
Partnership Development & Ecosystem Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with Google and other strategic partners, showcasing Promevo's capabilities and driving joint business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with partner organizations to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that accelerate pipeline growth and profitability.
- Represent Promevo as a thought leader and subject matter expert within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, solutions architecture, and professional services teams to ensure seamless client experiences and optimize revenue generation.
- Provide market feedback and client insights to inform product development and service offerings.

Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in client success, account management, or sales leadership roles within the cloud or technology services industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and managing large, complex client portfolios.
- Demonstrated experience owning the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to deal close.
- Deep understanding of Google Cloud, Google Workspace, and associated professional services.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing large teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience implementing and maintaining robust pipeline management processes and sales methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving client needs and market conditions.
