Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director of Client Services (Retirement Services) to lead the Key Accounts Service team and strengthen client retention. You will manage ~40 team members, including 4 direct reports, and partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation to deliver scalable service across advisor/partner portfolios.

We require 10+ years in client/retirement services with strong leadership, analytics, and communication capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Client Services, Retirement Services, or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience managing client-facing teams.
• Strong analytical, storytelling with data, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Capable of coaching leaders and building organizational bench strength.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service experience for Retirement Services Key Accounts.
• Drive vision, execution, and performance of scalable advisor/partner teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation to ensure outcomes.
• Define service strategy and evolve delivery models for growth.
• Monitor KPIs, drive improvements, and manage risk with data insights.
