Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Client Services, Retirement Services, Relationship Management, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience with managing client-facing teams.
• Strong ability to develop and execute strategic business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead ~40 team members including 4 direct reports and oversee service delivery for Retirement Services (RS) Key Accounts.
• Drive vision, execution, and performance of scalable advisor/partner service teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation to ensure measurable business outcomes and exceptional service experiences.
