Director of Client Services (DCS), you’ll play a strategic role within StackAdapt’s Global Client Services team. Responsible for a regional territory, you will guide a high-performing team of Account Managers who are directly responsible for campaign management, performance optimization, and strategic recommendations. You’ll drive long-term client retention and growth by ensuring your team consistently delivers measurable performance. In this role, you’ll also represent your territory’s voice across the organization, lead high-impact initiatives, and contribute directly to both client success and internal innovation. As Director, Client Services, you will play a pivotal role in developing and growing relationships with senior client stakeholders, and provide a voice of the customer to the business.
