Position: Director, Client Services
kdc/One Acupac, a division of the Knowlton Development Corporation (KDC/One), specializes in designing, formulating, and manufacturing single-use products for sectors such as medical, personal care, and cosmetics. Acupac is known for innovative packaging solutions and delivering custom products tailored to client needs.

Located in Mahwah, New Jersey, Acupac operates within a global network spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and South America, providing end-to-end solutions from ideation to manufacturing. The Director of Client Services will ensure exceptional service delivery to established customers, working closely with the commercial team and overseeing project managers at the site level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a talented client service team, including hiring, training, and management.
• Promote a safe working environment adhering to health, safety, GMPs, and SOPs.
• Monitor and assign client accounts, handling key accounts as needed.
• Serve as escalation point for customer issues, developing action plans to resolve problems.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure consistent customer experience across locations.
• Collaborate with supply chain to optimize inventory, liabilities, and OTIF.
• Work with purchasing and customers to expedite orders when necessary.
• Attend weekly operations meetings to review sales orders and address issues.
• Ensure billing accuracy and coordinate customer complaints, returns, and credits.
• Collaborate with finance on liabilities, cancellations, and adjustments.
• Other duties as assigned by VPGM.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in Client Service roles within consumer products, preferably in cosmetics or FDA-regulated industries.
• Prior supervisory experience.

Working Conditions:

• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Operate in a process manufacturing and office environment.
• Moderate noise and lighting levels.
