Job summary

You will work directly with clients on requirements, mentor staff to achieve operational excellence, and partner with Analytics to drive insightful, accurate reporting. The role reports to the Head of Data Analytics & Insights and operates on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days as needed.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years in a client-facing role within the digital health space.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Knowledge of the HCP NPP landscape preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of media performance data.
  • Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and multitasking.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Director, Client Insights and Reporting

Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Director, Client Insights and Reporting to join the team. This position reports to the Head of Data Analytics & Insights and is located in our New York, NY office on a hybrid work schedule; three (3) days in office depending on business needs.

Job Overview:

The Director, Client Insights and Reporting will lead and mentor a growing team of Data and Analytics professionals focusing on a set of key client accounts. Focused on ensuring that our Customers are delighted by the depth, quality and frequency of reporting, this individual must be extremely comfortable working directly with Clients on requirements. Additionally, they should be proactive in establishing processes for pivoting requirements as needs evolve. Once clearly defined, this person will mentor a team towards operational excellence with an eye towards customer satisfaction. Whether the Customer is internal or external, accuracy and meaningful application of results should be top of mind.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Act as client-facing subject matter expert with the ability and experience to lead a meeting and drive an outcome
  • Responsible for the reporting and data focused success of assigned client account portfolio, including all related internal business units
  • Act as a strategic partner with Haymarket business units to define what success looks like and identify/create consistency when possible
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams, including Analytics, to identify opportunities for optimization, measurement improvements, and additional analytics engagements
  • Mentor, grow and evolve a junior team of client reporting, audience insights and analytics staff into a center of excellence
  • Work with the Analytics team to create KPIs that delight the business leaders to make informed decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve analytics processes, data integration, and measurement consistency across client portfolios
  • Align closely with Data Engineering and BI Developers to troubleshoot data discrepancies
Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years direct experience in a client-facing role within the digital health space
  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Knowledge of the HCP NPP landscape preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills and demeanor
  • Strong management, mentorship, leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of media performance data
  • Ability to handle technical troubleshooting with perseverance and patience
  • Superb attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and thorough work
  • Ability to multitask, juggle priorities, pivot frequently and tackle urgent work when needed
  • Ability to critically think and problem solve quickly

  • The salary range for this position is $130,000–$150,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
