Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Client Coding Integration Director to lead coding integration across the organization’s revenue cycle management operations. You will define enterprise-level coding integration strategies and partner with senior executives to set priorities and objectives.

You will oversee policies and best practices, analyze metrics and market trends, and guide high-impact resolution of integration challenges, ensuring risk mitigation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for client coding integration across the organization’s revenue cycle management operations.
• Defines and implements enterprise-level coding integration strategies to support organizational goals.
• Partners with senior executives and client leadership to establish integration priorities and objectives.
• Oversees development of policies, standards, and best practices for coding integration across multiple teams.
• Analyzes performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Directs the resolution of high-impact integration challenges and ensures risk mitigation strategies are in place.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration to optimize coding workflows and enhance client satisfaction.
• Develops long-term resource planning and talent strategies to support integration objectives.
