Director, Client Advisor & Strategic Reporting

Overview

Location: Atlanta, GA, preferred. The role requires in-office presence 3 days per week to promote collaboration and flexibility. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Director, Client Advisor & Strategic Reporting will oversee strategic direction and execution, managing delivery & reporting of our core financial value messaging to clients, brokers, and consultants. This team supports our self-funded commercial business and BCBS plans using network and clinical insights. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical and consultative skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teams to develop innovative, market-leading client reports and deliverables.
• Translate market, client, and member insights into compelling value reporting using narrative and visual design.
• Maintain and update content for network & clinical value reports and strategic clinical reports.
• Prioritize data analysis and drive end-to-end processes to craft holistic value stories for clients.
• Collaborate across departments on product strategy, KPIs, and sales narratives.
• Motivate, engage, and guide teams and stakeholders.
• Strengthen account management and client relationships with a proactive, customer-first approach.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team performance.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS degree and at least 10 years of management experience in data and analytics, or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• MA/MS degree preferred.
• 15+ years in data and analytics preferred.
• Actuarial and/or consulting experience preferred.
• Passion for demonstrating financial value to clients.
