Job summary

Oscar Health seeks a Director of Product Management for Claims Design to lead strategy, roadmap, and a world-class payments experience for providers and members. You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Product leadership to drive fast, accurate payments and industry-leading claims processing.

You will report to a Vice President, Product Management, and operate in a hybrid New York City office with 3 in-person days per week.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare payer or provider technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy: define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Claims at Oscar.
• Partner with business leaders across operations, finance, legal, and external partners to discover opportunities and drive change.
• Build an exceptional product team through hiring and development.
