Job summary

The Horsham Clinic seeks a Director of Social Services - Child/Adolescent to provide administrative and clinical leadership for the Social Services department within our inpatient program. Responsibilities include hiring oversight, staff development, and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment in alignment with site goals and regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Director and Assistant Director of Clinical Services, the role demands collaboration with executives and department leaders, and

Qualifications

• LCSW or LPC required or eligible
• Master's degree in Social Work required
• Joint Commission, OMHSAS, DDAP experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years in a clinical management or supervisory role
• Experience in inpatient behavioral health settings with children/adolescents
• Strong communication (oral/written) and teamwork skills
• Change management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and staff in child/adolescent inpatient units
• Provide supervision and training to Social Services staff
• Coordinate social services processes across units
• Ensure coverage for social services across units
• Collaborate with Nursing, Therapy/Counseling and other departments to optimize patient experience
