The Role
The Director of Channel Partnerships drives scalable revenue growth through a modernized ecosystem approach to partner relationships. This role transforms our existing 570+ partner network from passive referral sources into an integrated revenue engine that positions Bloomerang as the central platform for nonprofit fundraising consultants. The Director builds a HubSpot-style partner process where consultants build their practices around our technology, creating mutual growth cycles and sustainable competitive advantage in the nonprofit sector.

Compensation
The total compensation range for this position is: $161,000 - $200,000, this includes incentive compensation. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
