CorVel Corporation, through CERIS, seeks a Director of CERIS Audit to provide leadership, strategic planning, and operational management for review operations. The role drives performance, quality, and productivity across audit functions, guiding clinicians and coders to meet organizational goals.

The Director, CERIS Audit is responsible for providing leadership, strategic planning, operational management, and implementation of review excellence across CERIS review operations. This position drives performance across all review functions and is accountable for continuous improvement throughout each audit cycle.
The role provides vision, guidance, and direction to all review and audit functions, primarily clinicians and certified coders, to ensure achievement of organizational goals, compliance with review standards, process improvement, positive client perception, quality and productivity monitoring, and proactive workforce planning. This position works closely with the Director of Operations and Director of Policy and Payment Integrity to support and exceed annual objectives and long-term growth strategies.
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
