Job summary

Main Street Renewal in Atlanta is seeking a Director of Central Operations to lead three linked programs—Resident Performance, Default, and the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program—driving the resident financial experience and results.

The role directs strategy, KPI development, and performance reporting, building a leadership bench across onshore and offshore teams and translating data into clear priorities and actions for enterprise success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years in progressive operations with leadership experience.
• Experience owning collections/receivables/default operations at scale.
• Strong data-driven decision making and KPI development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Set the operating strategy and roadmap for Resident Performance, Default, and HCV.
• Translate priorities into clear team objectives with owners and dates.
• Identify cross-program opportunities and lead redesigns to capture them.
• Advise senior leadership on trade-offs, capacity, and investments with clear recommendations.
• Own KPI framework and reporting for executives; deliver concise performance updates.
• Lead performance, collections, and HCV operations; drive improvements and automation.
