Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in marketing including 5+ years in digital marketing, CRM, or database marketing.
• 3+ years in leadership roles managing CDPs and MarTech platforms such as Adobe or Salesforce.
• Preferred: experience with NBA technologies, machine learning, or AI in marketing; pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
• High-Value: focus on customer-centric marketing strategies within healthcare/pharma, leveraging advanced MarTech and data-driven personalization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and integration of MarTech solutions across platforms.
• Manage CX campaign delivery and NBA technologies to enhance engagement.
