Job summary

HonorHealth in Arizona seeks a Case Management Director responsible for departmental assessment, budget, outcomes, and staff development within Clinical Resource Management and Social Services. Leads utilization management and case management across contracts, partnering with Medical Director and AVP.

You will shape policies, monitor performance, and drive improvement while collaborating with hospital departments, health plans, and external partners to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Nursing required.
• Master's Social Work required.
• Master's Nursing or other healthcare profession preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental assessment, budgeting, outcome monitoring and reporting for Case Management and Social Services.
• Oversee utilization management, case management and social services across managed care contracts.
• Direct staff performance and development; ensure alignment with organizational goals and policies.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, AVP and other departments to optimize care delivery and bed utilization.
• Establish and monitor budgets, staffing plans and organizational policies for the department.
