Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Case Management Director to oversee clinical resource management, social services, and utilization management across Four Peaks and Florence Medical Center locations in Mesa, AZ. The role leads staffing, budgets and program development to ensure high‑quality care and cost efficiency.

The incumbent partners with executive leadership, physicians and payors to align strategic goals with patient outcomes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Case Management Department or similar governance.
• Strong understanding of utilization management and care coordination.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements for case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight of Case Management, Clinical Resource Management and Social Services.
• Lead staffing, budgeting and performance monitoring to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and implement policies, processes and programs to improve patient outcomes and cost effectiveness.
