Reports to the President/Chief Executive Officer and serves as part of the senior executive group.Assists in the development of and is responsible for carrying out goals, objectives, plans and policies for all areas of responsibility.Ensures Hospital services are delivered in accordance with quality and financial standards.Working through department heads, provides administrative oversight and direction at McLaren Bay West and West Branch facilities in addition to the clinical and support services functions such as Clinical Engineering, Facilities/ Plant Operations, Environmental Services, Nutritional Services, Diagnostic Imaging, and Laboratory at the main campus.

Qualifications:
Required:
Master Degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
An experienced hospital executive who has proved to be a capable leader in a series of increasingly responsible hospital positions
Preferred:
Eight or more years management experience in hospital administration.
