Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in New Jersey seeks a Director of Medical Evidence Generation in Medical Affairs to lead evidentiary strategy for the cardiovascular portfolio, overseeing clinical trials (Phase II/IV), real‑world evidence, and observational studies to support product development and value demonstration.

You will provide scientific leadership in study design, collaborate with CROs and external researchers, ensure GCP/ICH compliance, and manage the study lifecycle across Medical Strategy,

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 5+ years in pharmaceutical clinical development or Medical Affairs.
• CVRM experience is required.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% and work in Lawrenceville or Madison, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive evidence strategies for the CV portfolio.
• Provide scientific leadership in study design and protocol development.
• Partner with CROs and external researchers; engage KOLs and external partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (GCP, ICH) and manage the study lifecycle.
• Support product development, value demonstration, and medical strategy.
