Responsibilities
- Drive the integration of health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) from early clinical development through commercialization
- Develop and oversee health outcomes research strategies for products in the cardiometabolic health portfolio
- Lead and implement health outcomes evidence planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Communicate health outcomes information effectively to internal partners and the scientific community
- Manage projects to ensure they meet timelines, budgets, and scopes while coordinating with business partners
Qualifications
- Doctorate (PhD, MD) OR PharmD/MS degree with 10-12+ years of experience in health outcomes strategies/projects
- Strong comprehension and communication skills to translate complex scientific information
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate within and across teams
- Technical and analytic capabilities in economic modeling, patient-focused outcomes, and real-world evidence
- Understanding of healthcare systems in at least one region: US, Europe, or Asia
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing and executing pragmatic studies and regulatory-grade real-world evidence
- Knowledge of obesity-related real-world evidence and advanced modeling techniques
- Ability to think and act globally with a customer-focused approach
- Familiarity with healthcare delivery models and clinical research
- Proven track record of driving research agendas to completion
