Responsibilities
  • Drive the integration of health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) from early clinical development through commercialization
  • Develop and oversee health outcomes research strategies for products in the cardiometabolic health portfolio
  • Lead and implement health outcomes evidence planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Communicate health outcomes information effectively to internal partners and the scientific community
  • Manage projects to ensure they meet timelines, budgets, and scopes while coordinating with business partners
Qualifications
  • Doctorate (PhD, MD) OR PharmD/MS degree with 10-12+ years of experience in health outcomes strategies/projects
  • Strong comprehension and communication skills to translate complex scientific information
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate within and across teams
  • Technical and analytic capabilities in economic modeling, patient-focused outcomes, and real-world evidence
  • Understanding of healthcare systems in at least one region: US, Europe, or Asia
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in designing and executing pragmatic studies and regulatory-grade real-world evidence
  • Knowledge of obesity-related real-world evidence and advanced modeling techniques
  • Ability to think and act globally with a customer-focused approach
  • Familiarity with healthcare delivery models and clinical research
  • Proven track record of driving research agendas to completion
