Leoforce is seeking a Director of Capital Markets & Treasury in Miami, FL to lead liquidity strategies and risk management in a fast-growing tech finance environment.

The role demands strategic and operational execution, with exposure to large-scale investing and capital raises, and regular interaction with C-suite and the Board.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in Treasury/Finance, strong leadership, and the ability to build a lean treasury function within a high-growth company.

Formación

• 10-15 years of progressive Treasury/Finance experience with a strong balance of technical expertise and ambition
• Demonstrated track record of being a high performer who consistently delivers results
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution; capable of making decisions and implementing them
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus but not required
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build credibility quickly across finance leadership and cross-functional teams

• Experience with larger dollar amounts (both investing and capital raise). The person we hire will be responsible for billions of dollars on both investing and capital raise
• Deep treasury investment and cash management experience, including managing substantial cash balances, developing investment policies, balance sheet management, liquidity planning, and risk management
• Experience managing cash volumes that are materially larger than mid-market businesses
• Strong executive presence with the ability to present to senior leadership, the CFO, and the Board of Directors, effectively communicating investment strategies, cash management, and risk decisions
• Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic organization where cash flow activity is significant and evolving
• Proven ability to build processes and a treasury function
• Able to operate in a lean organization, roll up their sleeves, and take ownership without relying on large teams

Job Description

We are seeking a driven Director, Capital Markets for our growing team. This role will require innovative thinking, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of financial markets, as well as the ability to manage risks and optimize our company's financial resources.
