Job summary

Capital One Café seeks a Director of Hospitality to lead the nationwide food and beverage program across its café network. You will oversee a small internal team and manage the external operator, shaping menu, frontline readiness, and promotional strategies.

You will partner with Retail Design, Marketing, Strategy, Product, and Frontline leaders to translate CX strategy into scalable hospitality operations, driving guest experiences and program profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 7 Years of Project Management experience.
• At least 5 Years of People Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B program strategy and operations for Capital One Café nationwide.
• Own vendor relationships, performance metrics, and SLAs for third-party operator.
• Collaborate with Retail Design, Marketing, Strategy, Product and Frontline teams to integrate hospitality into CX.
• Lead, develop, and coach internal team; manage budget and KPIs.
