A leading company is seeking a Design & Delivery Lead to join their Business Transformation team. This senior role involves partnering with executives in strategic planning, organizational design, and process optimization to affect meaningful change within the organization. This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location(s): New York, New Jersey, North Carolina.
We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative Design & Delivery Lead to join the Business Transformation team as a business-area-aligned leader. This role will serve as the key transformation partner to an executive business leader, supporting the definition, design, and delivery of strategic change within a business unit. This includes strategy clarification, org design, roadmap alignment, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional integration across platforms and functions.
This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role that helps ensure enterprise transformation is grounded in business reality - unlocking scale, consistency, and value creation through partnership, structured delivery, and deep business alignment.

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry

If hired in New York City, Morristown, New Jersey, Raleigh or Charlotte North Carolina the base pay for this position is generally between $129,848.00 and $173,130.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
