Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic Business Product Director to join our team. The role involves leading the alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities, ensuring cohesive strategies across business and product teams. The ideal candidate will leverage market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and drive product strategy in collaboration with Product Owners, aligning with Coldwell Banker Realty’s vision.
• Utilize market insights to inform product development, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead communication between business leadership, product teams, and development teams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, develop business cases, and facilitate strategic discussions.
• Ensure alignment on priorities and strategic direction with Product Owners.
• Support Product Owners in aligning product strategies with business goals.
• Lead product demos and oversee project reports and presentations.
• Evaluate and approve scope changes to ensure strategic alignment.
• Own go-to-market strategies for product feature rollouts.
• Approach problems with an AI-first perspective to innovate processes.

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of leadership experience connecting business objectives with technological capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of digital products, user journeys, and B2B digital solutions.
• Experience in developing business cases and using prioritization techniques.
• Facilitation of agile ceremonies and management of backlogs and metrics.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate business requirements.
