A leading healthcare company is seeking a Director of Business Operations to drive strategic planning and operational excellence. You will collaborate with executive teams, manage a team of Business Operations Managers, and ensure organizational alignment on critical initiatives. We\'re hiring a Director of Business Operations, reporting to the COO. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the center of how we plan, prioritize, and deliver on our most critical initiatives. If you\'re a former consultant or strategic operator who\'s ready to own outcomes from the passenger seat with the COO, this is your moment.
You\'ll partner with the executive team to shape annual priorities, translate strategy into actionable work, and ensure the entire organization is aligned and executing against what matters most. You will own the operating rhythm, discipline, and clarity that make those results possible.
As the founding member of this team, you will have a team of 2-3 Business Operations Managers reporting directly to you. You will sit on COO staff, alongside our SVPs of Engineering, Product, Member Care, and CIO leader.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone\'s unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations. In addition to earning a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Details of the Annual Bonus Plan, including performance metrics, target incentives, and potential earnings, will be discussed during the interview process.
