Primary Responsibility: Product Lifecycle Acceleration & Transformation Role Summary The Director, Business Operations will lead enterprise-wide efforts to accelerate the movement from idea to customer value by identifying, understanding, and eliminating bottlenecks across the product and operational lifecycle. This role will work across business units and functional teams to analyze complex processes, understand underlying risks and controls, challenge assumptions, and help design more effective ways of working. The focus is not limited to software development, but spans the full lifecycle including product strategy, security, infrastructure, compliance, deployment, service delivery, customer adoption, and operational execution. The ideal candidate combines systems thinking, organizational influence, intellectual curiosity, and a relentless drive for continuous improvement.
Success Measures Reduction in cycle time from concept to customer value. Elimination or reduction of identified bottlenecks. Increased organizational adoption of improved processes and workflows. Improved cross-functional collaboration and accountability. Measurable gains in operational efficiency and business performance. Implementation of scalable transformation patterns across multiple business units.
Salary range: $90,000–$150,000. The salary range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education.
