The Director will be accountable for partnering closely with U.S. commercial, and cross-functional teams to generate market-specific insights from sales and performance analytics and primary market research, to create integrated, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholder groups across the organization. The ideal candidate must have significant experience working in a commercial insights and analytics position within a biotech or biopharma company, focusing on rare diseases (hematology a plus).
