A healthcare-focused consulting firm is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth and build client relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing, a strong existing network, and proven sales success. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required. The company offers competitive compensation with additional incentives and benefits.
We are seeking a Director, Business Development to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. This is a highly strategic and entrepreneurial role. You will be P10’s first dedicated business development hire, responsible for building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals with pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. You bring a strong personal network in the healthcare/pharma marketing space, as well as a proven ability to deliver against quotas in a competitive, consultative sales environment.
This role is an individual contributor focused on sourcing and converting new opportunities with the potential to grow into a sales leadership role as we scale. You will report to the Principal Managing Partner and work closely with our Managing Partner of Growth and Innovation. This role is open to fully remote candidates in the United States located in NY, NJ or PA. Travel will be required up to 20% to client sites.

Total compensation for this role includes a sales incentive program and our discretionary bonus program. We also provide health benefits, 401k match (starting 2026) and a home office stipend.
