Job summary

KLA is seeking a dynamic leader to head a next-generation program in the Broadband Plasma division. You will manage the product lifecycle from business case to ongoing improvements, working with engineering, marketing, and supply chain to hit milestones and ROI targets.

Ideal candidates have a PhD or 13+ years of experience with strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven ability to reduce risk while delivering high-value features at scale.

Qualifications

• PhD or master/bachelor with extensive relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills required.
• Proven track record in program management and delivery of complex opto/electronic projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PLC (Product Lifecycle) program from business case to design and sustainment.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, marketing, and supply chain.
• Assess risks and drive mitigation plans to retire risks.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to align roadmap and ROI.
