LJA Transportation is looking for a Director to lead and shape the Bridge Inspection Program in Austin, Texas. This role includes business development, technical oversight, and mentorship for inspection teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, be a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, and have over 12 years of structural engineering experience. LJA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including generous PTO and educational support.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive structural engineering experience.
• 7+ years of NBIS bridge inspection experience in Texas.
• Proven experience in leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of LJA’s Bridge Inspection Program.
• Manage and perform bridge inspections.
• Prepare and review inspection reports.
