Job summary

LTK is seeking a Director of Product for Brand Experience & Monetization in the United States. You will lead the brand product portfolio, connecting brand marketers with creator partnerships and monetization opportunities.

You will coach a small PM team, drive discovery and pilots, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Partnerships to deliver scalable products. You will own strategy, set priorities, and shape outcomes across campaigns, measurement, and platform integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with measurable outcomes.
• 3+ years leading and coaching Product Managers.
• Experience building products for brand marketers or agencies.
• Proven ability to turn pilot initiatives into scalable products.
• Strong analytical and technical product judgment.
• Comfort with AI tools to improve outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data, and Partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for brand product portfolio.
• Lead a small PM team with coaching and clear expectations.
• Lead discovery, pilots, and early development for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale opportunities.
• Define success criteria before pilots and use results to guide investments.
