Sasha the Mensch, a growing boutique communications agency in New York, is seeking a senior PR leader to oversee a portfolio of hospitality, travel and lifestyle clients. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on PR execution, serving as a senior advisor to clients and guiding cross-account teams.

You’ll lead relationships with senior clients, develop integrated strategies, craft narratives and campaigns, and partner with leadership on growth and staffing to shape the agency’s future.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PR/communications experience, ideally with significant agency experience.
• Strong background in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or adjacent consumer-facing categories.
• Proven experience working directly with senior clients and decision-makers.
• Excellent media relations and storytelling skills.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and strategic communication abilities.
• Creative instincts and an ability to turn business objectives into compelling communications ideas.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
• Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience contributing to client growth and/or new business is a plus.
