GondolaBio, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company on Stanford Life Sciences campus, seeks an Associate Director/Director/Sr. Director, BD & Ops to shape strategy, budgets, and programs across multiple Gondola programs.

You will own the business and scientific plans, manage external partnerships, and lead teams in a fast-paced biotech environment. Key responsibilities include setting milestones, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and translating data into clear narratives for senior

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or postdoc) from top-tier institutions.
• Experience in management consulting or banking at a top firm.
• Strategic planning, operating, and program management in biotech startup or pharma.

Responsibilities

• Learn quickly the scientific, operational, and external-facing facets of Gondola programs.
• Set, prioritize, and manage milestones & deliverables for team members in Gondola programs.
• Coordinate team meetings and delegate to technical experts in Gondola programs.
• Interpret, collate, and communicate key data findings to senior management.
• Identify problems, locate resources, and find data-driven solutions independently.

Education

Advanced degree (PhD/MD/Postdoc)

Undergraduate degree with commensurate work experience
