You will supervise statisticians, guide study designs, analyses, and regulatory submissions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and robust evidence generation.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biostatistics or statistics or equivalent required.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech.
• Strong understanding of statistical principles and trial methodology.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and FDA/ international guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall statistical activities for assigned projects with timely deliverables.
• Provide supervision and development for biostatisticians on projects.
• Represent biostatistics in governance meetings and regulatory discussions.
• Address statistical issues in regulatory and legal challenges and interact with authorities.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in statistics.
• Mentor and lead the statistics team to meet organizational goals.
