Qualifikationen

• Doctorate in biomedical sciences or MD with research experience
• Sustained funded research and scholarly productivity
• Administrative leadership in higher education preferred

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for NCCU's BBRI research facilities in Durham and Kannapolis
• Direct budgeting, planning and execution to advance BBRI's mission
• Mentor faculty and staff; secure external funding for research programs
• Foster collaborations with NCCU units, BRITE, and external partners in RTP and beyond
• Represent BBRI in internal/external committees and strategic initiatives
• Develop and implement mechanisms to evaluate research productivity and impact
