Job summary

Celerion is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for Biologics and Biomarkers to drive strategic growth across biologics, biomarkers, molecular and cellular bioanalysis. The role focuses on acquiring new clients in biotech and pharma and expanding Celerion's Phoenix and Lincoln laboratories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related field.
• Advanced scientific degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a national business development strategy focused on biologics, biomarkers, molecular and cellular bioanalysis, and emerging modalities.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with biotech and pharma companies not currently significant Celerion clients.
• Build relationships with scientific and executive decision makers across bioanalytical teams.
• Develop opportunities within sponsors conducting patient-based clinical trials, including oncology.
• Maintain a robust national opportunity pipeline with emphasis on new client acquisition.
