We are looking for an exceptional Director to spearhead our biochemistry team within the Quantitative Biosciences (QB) Early Discovery organization. The ideal candidate will be an expert in pharmacology and drug discovery, responsible for guiding and inspiring a local team of pharmacologists with expertise in biochemical assay workflows and High-Throughput mass spectrometry. Facilitated through strong leadership, this role involves forging alliances with cross-functional collaborators, championing new technologies and interfacing with our global pharmacology network. The successful candidate will play an important role in evolving our Early Discovery organization into an industry leader. The salary range for this role is $190,800.00 - $300,300.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
