Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a senior leader to guide bioanalytical and biomarker strategies for nonclinical and clinical programs. You will lead external execution, ensure data quality, and influence regulatory readiness across multiple programs.

In this role you will mentor scientists, oversee risk management, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain scientific rigor and timely delivery of studies in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree (PhD required) with extensive experience in clinical biomarker and bioanalytical assays.
• 5–10 years of relevant industry experience in life sciences.
• Strong scientific background and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction for bioanalytical/biomarker assays across nonclinical and clinical studies.
• Mentor scientists and coordinate externalisation to vendors with compliance and quality.
• Provide regulatory insight and support submissions with data interpretation and communication.
