Job summary

MBX Biosciences seeks a Director of Bioanalytical Sciences to lead strategic, scientific, and operational bioanalysis across discovery, preclinical, and clinical development. You will ensure high-quality PK, ADA, immunogenicity, PD, and biomarker data, partnering with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and external CROs to drive data integrity and regulatory-ready submissions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in biology, biochemistry, pharmacology or related field.
• Experience with large molecule/peptide bioanalysis is required.
• Leadership experience in biotech/pharma environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for bioanalytical strategies across discovery to clinical stages.
• Oversee PK, PD, ADA/NAb, immunogenicity, and biomarker data generation and interpretation.
• Ensure regulatory-compliant bioanalytical operations and data integrity.
• Manage CROs/lab partners, budgets, timelines, and vendor governance.
• Lead authoring/review of regulatory submissions and study reports.
