Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks a Director to lead Benefits & Retirement Programs, designing and administering a comprehensive strategy across health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness initiatives. The role partners with HR leadership to deliver competitive programs and exceptional employee experience.

The position emphasizes executive oversight, analytics, vendor management, and regulatory compliance to support the workforce across clinical, operational, and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, retirement programs, total rewards, or related HR functions.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, benefits consultants, and insurance carriers.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and execution of a comprehensive benefits strategy to attract, retain, and engage the workforce.
• Provide executive oversight for health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, leave and income protection programs.
• Lead vendor negotiations and ongoing management of benefit vendors, carriers, consultants, and TPA's.
• Ensure compliance, financial stewardship, and accurate reporting for benefit plans.
• Coach and develop the benefits team, establish performance standards, and foster continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field

MBA or related discipline (Preferred)
