Jewish Family Service of Metropolitan Detroit seeks a Director of Behavioral Health Services to lead the program, ensuring clinical quality, fiscal performance, and operations. The role includes supervision of Behavioral Health Supervisors, engagement with leadership, and maintaining a small caseload.

Responsibilities span grant management, service development, community partnerships, and program evaluation to strengthen the behavioral health field and sustain services.

Formación

• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible program management and leadership experience in behavioral health services.
• Experience supervising clinical leaders strongly preferred.
• Must hold LMSW or equivalent licensure and meet state requirements for independent clinical practice and supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for high-quality behavioral health services and ensure policy compliance.
• Supervise Behavioral Health Supervisors and operations management.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload of approximately 5-8 clients.
• Monitor program budgets, revenue trends, and service utilization.
• Oversee grants from implementation through reporting and evaluation.
• Develop community partnerships and conduct program evaluation and improvement.
