Idaho Youth Ranch seeks a Director of Behavioral Health and Quality to oversee clinical risk, QA, and regulatory compliance while guiding the EHR platform and reporting capabilities. You will supervise the Learning & Development Manager and drive a comprehensive training strategy for Behavioral Health staff.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Experience overseeing quality assurance, compliance, or risk management in a clinical setting.
• Working knowledge of EHR systems and clinical tech platforms; EHR implementation/optimization preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicaid, Joint Commission, and Idaho licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and strategic direction to Clinical Risk and QA teams.
• Lead the EHR team in maintenance and development of the health record platform.
• Supervise Learning & Development Manager and support training strategy for Behavioral Health staff.
• Develop reporting capabilities translating data into insights for decisions.
• Represent Behavioral Health Operations in cross-functional IYR initiatives.
