Job summary

Abode Services is seeking a Director of Behavioral Health to lead clinical teams, develop protocols, and drive quality improvement for programs in Santa Clara County. The role emphasizes Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Trauma-Informed Care within a dynamic nonprofit setting.

As part of the leadership team, you will supervise clinicians, ensure Medi-Cal compliance, and advance service quality while collaborating with tenants, staff, and community partners to end homelessness and improve

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician (LMFT/LCSW/Psychologist) in CA.
• 5+ years overseeing homelessness programs.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and programs.
• Strong collaboration and cultural sensitivity.
• Medi-Cal billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Clinical program oversight and QA for Cal-Aim and clinical programs.
• Supervise licensed clinical staff and provide feedback.
• Lead Medi-Cal site certifications and policy updates.
• Promote Housing First, Harm Reduction across the agency.
