Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related mental health field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in behavioral health with at least three (3) years of advanced clinical/management experience.
• Current LCSW or LPC Texas licensure; Clinical Supervisor credential strongly preferred; BLS Healthcare Provider training required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, organize, implement, and evaluate clinical service programs for inpatient and outpatient within the BHC facility.
• Supervise clinical services and related staff to improve quality of life for behavioral health patients.
• Train staff, coordinate work schedules, supervise staff, oversee departmental budget, and pursue grant funding.
• Respond to emergency codes and communicate regulatory changes to the CEO.
